*Volunteer Dog Walking*
Are you longing for a pet but find that your shift work leaves you with little time or space?
I am eager to find a way for the GX Strollers to contribute to a local Gatwick community cause.
Putting our best foot forward, we could help, walking rescue dogs waiting for their forever homes. This initiative would include independent vetting from the chosen charity as well as a two-hour introductory session before being allowed to walk a four legged friend.
If you're interested in this idea, please let me know so I can explore it further as group.

As well as walks in the South we are considering exploring scenic walks around London. These would be great for those of you with not much time but looking to join for part of a stroll, easy to get too, flat walking and ease of finding refreshment stops.
Here are some possibilities:
Regent's Canal Walk. Little Venice (near Paddington Station) to Kings Cross taking in Regent's Park and Camden Lock.
The London Monopoly Board Walk. 22 iconic streets and 4 stations. This can be enjoyed over a couple of leisurely strolls.

Free in the evenings? Are you ready to embrace the beauty of the darker nights? (Dates to be confirmed nearer the time.)
London Christmas Lights Walk. Let's get festive and see some world famous landmarks fabulously lit up such as Covent Garden, Regent Street and Carnaby Street. Early to mid-November onwards.
Canary Wharf Winter Lights Festival. Interactive art and light installations transforming the surrounding docks and skyscrapers. Completely free and runs from 5pm - 10pm for 11 nights mid-to-late January.
As we approach Autumn and Winter, feel free to reach out if you're interested in a day out incorporated into the stroll. Such as visits to Museums, Art Galleries, Castles, Chislehurst Caves or even a festive Pantomime, with discounted tickets if you're part of the Redhill Social Fund. Not forgetting our 2-for1 entry rail deals.
